PHASES OF THE PRODUCTION PROCESS

Close collaboration with Italian farms allow us to have one traceability of all the chain of our vegetables. An integrated and controlled chain of the whole process and quality since seed to the finished frozen product.

SELECTION: careful choice of raw materials

Our raw materials come from selected Italian growers, checked and certified. Control of the supply chain begins with the choice of our farmers. During acceptance, all vegetables are subject to inspection to ensure that they comply with the required specifications.

TRANSFORMATION: Turning and Cutting.

Our vegetables are carefully washed, sorted, turned and cut. Each operation is carried out with care and detail according to a long tradition of work.

COOKING: Blanching at 100 ° C.

Quick cooking in water, the so-called blanching, has the purpose of deactivating the enzymatic activity in order to stabilize the product and maintain all its quality during the subsequent processing stages.

FREEZING: I.Q.F. -20 ° C in just a few minutes.

The freezing phase takes place in I.Q.F. (Individually Quick Freezing), an innovative and quality process that, through air flows at very low temperatures, quickly brings vegetables to the frozen state.

PACKAGING: Selection and personalized packaging.

Packaging takes place in rooms at a controlled temperature to ensure compliance with the cold chain. The products are selected according to the specifications of the individual customer, packaged in customized packaging, ready to be distributed.
